Long-lasting droughts often result in a severe decrease in groundwater and dried up wells, leaving households stranded and forcing residents to travel on a daily basis to access water. I designed Atmo, an atmospheric water generator, to provide an alternative source of water for people in need.
Each generating unit has the ability to produce up to 10 litres of water a day. Atmo is comprised of three main parts: the jug, the water generator and the stand. Each of these work together to produce water to meet the user’s demands for all daily tasks, including cooking, cleaning, drinking, flushing toilets and showering.
